Travel SF was established in San
Francisco in 1997, operating tours of San Francisco, followed
by Muir Woods, Wine Country and many more.
In 2005 we introduced the first open-top double-decker bus
to San Francisco under the City-Sightseeing brand. At the
present time, we are the only company in San Francisco to
operate Hop On - Hop Off tours and are the largest open-top
sightseeing company west of the Mississippi.
City-Sightseeing operates in over 80 cities throughout the
world. San Francisco and San Diego are the first two in the
USA, with many to be added over the coming years.

My boyfriend and I were in
San Francisco a few weeks ago. We took your wine country tour.
It was fabulous. Our tour guide Paul was great.
He provided us with knowledge of the wine country and San
Francisco that we wouldn't have gotten any where else. He
also made the tour very fun and interactive.

By the way, the coach driver on my Carmel trip couldn't have

for our wonderful excursions in San Francisco. The trips organised
by your company were entertaining, informative & very
enjoyable. The staff at the Jefferson St ticket office were
friendly and helpful as were all the guides and drivers. Thank

Hello,
Just a quick note to Thank-You (and especially Fabian, our
driver and guide) for the great time we had on 4 of the tours
we took advantage of while we were in San Francisco last week
(end of September).
We experienced the Bay Cruise, The Wine Country Tour, The
Double-Decker + Alcatraz and the Muir Woods Tour. We had a
great time. I can't imagine how it could have been better!!

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to thank you for
your excellent service provided to our party of six on a recent
trip to San Francisco.
The city tour and the trip to Alcatraz was great. But even
better that that was the quick, friendly and professional
way that you dealt with our initial problem.
You will be glad to hear that 'our problem' (or 'kidnapping'
as we referred to it for the rest of our holiday) was not
with your company but with another. Namely the Gray Line,
who claimed to be your company when they arrived at our hotel
to pick up clients to bring them to the tour start point.
Both times we asked they affirmed that they were your company.
Instead of our next stop being the city tour we found ourselves
at the Gray line terminal in a queue to buy one of their tours.
Luckily we had a number to call on our print out confirming
our transaction with your company, which we insisted a Gray
Line employee called for us to explain the situation.
Your quick staff told us to get in a taxi and head to their
office, with the assurance that the tour would wait on us.
When we arrived at your office at Fisherman's Wharf your staff
were great. They quickly got us organised and without being
asked after their heard our story we were re embursed for
our taxi fare.
We were glad to know we were in such good hands before we
even set out for our tour which proved to be very full, organised
and informative. If you only had one day in San Francisco
this would be the tour to do. Like us if you had several days
it was a great overview to get you going.
I would highly recommend your tour and your company to anyone
who asked me. As I indeed have been since my return. Please
feel free to use our story to warn other customers of the
'kidnap potential', and/or as a recommendation for your company.
